Looking at first three chapters of The Great
Gatsby, make some predictions about these characters and (unlike Nick)
classify them into one of the three categories - hero, antihero, and villain.
Give ample reasons for your classification, with support for the text (that
means quotes...and page numbers)
Gatsby is an antihero because we want him to win but he throws insane parties and is almost stalker-ish to Daisy. "Anyhow, he [Gatsby] gives large parties...and I like large parties. They're so intimate. At small parties there isn't any privacy." (Chapter III)
Nick wouldn't be any of these because he is just a narrarator and we dont really care what he does other than tell the story.
