"Clampdown"

This song is talking about discrimination in WWII. You can see this in the lines that mention "jews" and "blue-eyed" men. Its talking about Hitler clamping down their lifestyles. The music helps push the song forward making it seem more intimidating and important.

"Its the best years of your life they want to steal". This is an example of rhetoric. The word steal has a negative connotation making it feel like the "clampdown" is a bad, unequitable power. This backs up their arguement of the negative clampdown.
